The Corporate Financing Coordinator is responsible for managing and monitoring the company’s debt portfolio. This role oversees financial liabilities, ensures information is complete and up to date, complies with financial covenants established in financing agreements, and coordinates the delivery of financial information to banks and financial institutions that provide funding to Viva. The role also ensures timely payment of obligations and supports business financing decisions.

Your deliverables will include:

• Management of financial debt

• Compliance with financial covenants

• Support in the execution of new financing transactions

• Preparation of financial debt analysis reports

• Delivery of financial information to financial institutions

• Identification and monitoring of associated financial risks

Our ideal candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related fields

• Advanced Excel skills

• Experience with financial products

• Knowledge of the banking market

• Knowledge of financing instruments

• Understanding of financial regulation

• Legal and regulatory compliance (NIF, IFRS)
