Viva is looking for a Loyalty Growth & Partner Marketing Lead, a strategic and results-oriented role responsible for driving partner value, ecosystem usage, and the growth of the Doters loyalty program through co-marketing initiatives, multichannel campaigns, and performance management.
This role leads partner marketing initiatives across all commercial verticals—airlines, ground transportation, retail, financial services, and lifestyle—translating Joint Business Plans into actionable marketing plans. The role focuses on increasing adoption, activity, and incremental transactions within the Doters ecosystem, ensuring partners maximize value and users increase engagement.
As a Marketing Lead, this position works closely with cross-functional teams, aligning Commercial, Brand, CRM, Digital, and Product areas to identify opportunities, execute campaigns, and continuously improve partner and loyalty performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute partner growth and co-marketing initiatives.
Plan, launch, and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns.
Track and manage key loyalty and partner performance metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution.
Analyze campaign performance and generate insights to support continuous improvement.
Profile Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in partner marketing, loyalty, growth, digital marketing, or commercial roles.
Experience executing multichannel marketing campaigns with measurable results.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
Experience working with CRM, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across multiple teams.
Organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
