The Role

We are looking for an ESG Strategy Senior Manager to lead the design and execution of Viva’s ESG vision, ensuring alignment with our long-term business strategy, regulatory expectations, and global sustainability trends.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that acts as a strategic enabler, integrating ESG principles into decision-making, corporate planning, and external positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Design, evolve, and execute Viva’s ESG strategy aligned with corporate objectives.

Identify emerging ESG trends, risks, and opportunities relevant to the aviation industry.

Lead cross-functional ESG initiatives across Operations, Finance, Legal, Talent, and Communications.

Integrate ESG criteria into corporate planning, governance, and strategic decision-making.

Represent Viva in ESG-related forums, industry coalitions, and government initiatives.

Support executive leadership with ESG insights, materials, and strategic narratives.

Ensure alignment between ESG strategy and reporting metrics.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Sustainability, International Relations, or related field.

Master’s degree preferred.

8+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, corporate strategy, or related roles.

Experience working in regulated industries is a strong plus.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.

Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

Fluent in Spanish and English.
