The Front End Sr Developer Manager Will be responsible for collaborating in the definition, design, and execution of the technology roadmap across digital channels and solutions.

Your deliverables will include:

• Responsible for the technology strategy and roadmap of the various visual solutions across the digital area’s web and mobile platforms.

• Define and prioritize development goals and priorities for Front-End teams.

• Oversee the execution of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) for the assigned area.

• Ensure code quality and optimal performance of the platforms under their responsibility.

• Lead the design and execution of developments under the highest standards of quality, scalability, security, and performance.

• Collaborate closely with design teams and back-end developers to ensure cohesive and efficient solutions.

Our ideal candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1).

• 6 to 10 years of experience as a Front-End Developer and/or Tech Lead, including web solution architecture, frameworks, caching mechanisms, and API consumption for web data.

• Experience with technologies and tools such as Angular, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong teamwork, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
