As a Cash Management Sr. Coordinator, you will ensure the proper management of the company’s liquidity through planning, control, and optimization of cash flow, guaranteeing the availability of resources for operations, as well as the efficient administration of domestic and international electronic banking, including operations in Central America and cash pooling structures.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare, analyze, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow.

• Manage relationships with financial institutions and banks.

• Oversee and optimize the company’s liquidity, ensuring compliance with financial obligations.

• Ensure adherence to internal policies and controls.

• Operate and supervise electronic banking platforms at both national and international levels.

• Monitor bank positions and reconciliations.

• Manage domestic and international payments (transfers, SPEI, SWIFT, etc.).

• Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.

• Coordinate treasury operations in Costa Rica and Colombia.

• Coordinate internal and external audits related to treasury.

• Implement, manage, and monitor cash pooling structures (intercompany).

Our ideal candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Conversational English is required.

• Experience managing more than 40 bank accounts.

• Experience in a publicly traded company.

• Strong adherence to processes and procedures.
