Position: Charter Flights Manager
We are seeking a highly commercial and results-driven professional to lead the strategy, development, and operation of our charter flights business. This role will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring profitable operations through efficient management of resources, fleet capacity, and operating costs.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the commercial strategy to drive growth within the charter flights business.
• Manage relationships with current and prospective clients, ensuring high service levels and fulfillment of commercial agreements.
• Identify new business opportunities and expansion initiatives within the charter aviation market.
• Coordinate charter flight operations with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and profitable execution.
• Manage operational resources and costs to maximize profitability across all charter operations.
• Analyze performance, load factor, and profitability metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and strategic agreements with clients and business partners.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and revenue generation.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• 6–7 years of experience in commercial, sales, or business development roles.
• Experience within the travel, tourism, aviation, or related service industries.
• Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to build and maintain commercial relationships.
• Dynamic, proactive profile with a strong sense of urgency and execution focus.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Availability to travel.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong commercial mindset and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems in fast-paced environments.
• Strategic thinking combined with strong operational execution capabilities.
