Position: ESG Reporting Manager
This position will be responsible for leading the execution and assurance of the organization's ESG reporting process, ensuring that reported information is reliable, traceable, and compliant with applicable regulatory standards. The role will play a key part in validating non-financial metrics, strengthening internal controls, and coordinating assurance processes to provide high-quality information to investors, auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate the collection, validation, and consolidation of ESG information across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with reporting standards and frameworks such as IFRS S1, IFRS S2, GRI, SASB, and other applicable requirements.
• Design, implement, and strengthen internal controls related to the generation and reporting of ESG information.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, as well as assurance processes related to non-financial information.
• Identify risks associated with ESG reporting processes and develop mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the traceability, integrity, and reliability of reported ESG metrics.
• Monitor regulatory developments, emerging trends, and best practices related to sustainability, corporate governance, and ESG disclosures.
• Participate in strategic initiatives related to sustainability, risk management, compliance, and internal controls.
• Drive continuous improvement of ESG reporting processes, controls, and methodologies.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Auditing, or a related field.
• Experience in ESG Reporting, Auditing, Risk Management, Compliance, or Internal Controls.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS S1, IFRS S2, GRI, and SASB reporting frameworks.
• Experience designing and evaluating internal controls under the COSO framework.
• Experience supporting and coordinating internal and external audits.
• Knowledge of financial and non-financial assurance processes.
• Experience working with governance and control tools such as SAP Process Control (preferred).
• Advanced English proficiency (required).
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and results-oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
