The Shift Responsable will oversee ground operations and passenger services, ensuring maximum efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction through the implementation of innovative processes and effective management of the team and all available resources, in order to maintain the airline’s operational standards and contribute to the achievement of its strategic objectives.

Your deliverables will include:

• Oversee all ground operations to ensure they are conducted efficiently and safely.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Maintenance, CCV, CRC, CCA, and Security, to effectively plan and coordinate daily operations.

• Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards, safeguarding passenger safety and protecting the airline’s reputation.

• Collaborate effectively with airport authorities and airport groups during emergencies and operational disruptions to minimize their impact on operations.

• Ensure compliance with employee training requirements to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and process effectiveness.
  

Our ideal candidate:

Bachelor’s degree Airport Management, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or a related field.

Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Knowledge of GSE operations and processes, customer service and passenger services, ramp procedures, operational safety, and interaction with airport authorities, National and International Aviation Regulations,Process and Operational Standards Assurance.

Knowledge of AIMS, Go Now Navitaire, Office, OTP Viewer

Strong leadership skills, problem-solving and conflict management abilities, initiative, proactivity, and teamwork
