Your deliverables will include:

• Procurement of aeronautical materials for the Airbus A320/A321 fleet. Ensure the supply of AOG-critical materials and parts within the supply chain to support Viva’s aircraft operations.

• Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Control Center, Line Maintenance, Engineering, Heavy Maintenance, and Planning teams as the point of contact for unplanned events and findings, meeting response times according to priority levels.

• Act as operational support (rotating shifts) within the supply chain to ensure material availability for AOG events, MEL A, B, C, critical and limited non-routine items; prioritizing arrival and availability based on urgency.

• Maintain effective and timely communication with internal operational areas and stakeholders, providing status updates, estimated arrival times, and material availability through daily and monthly meetings.

• Negotiate and close commercial agreements including quality, pricing, delivery times, shipping methods, component exchanges, and rentals. Strengthen relationships with airlines for mutual AOG support.

• Develop performance metrics within the department and across the organization, as well as for supplier evaluation.

Our ideal candidate:

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or International Business.

• Conversational English.

• Knowledge of aeronautical manuals.

• Ability to identify illustrated parts and components.

• Experience in supply chain and procurement processes.

• Availability for rotating shifts.
