As our Shipping Analyst, you will support the management of the logistical movement of materials, assisting the coordination and management teams in developing new shipping strategies aimed at consolidating shipments, reducing shipping frequencies, and strengthening tariff negotiation capabilities in order to achieve the department’s KPIs.

Your deliverables will include:

• Ensuring low costs in the transportation and movement of materials

• Evaluating the performance levels of transportation providers (air, maritime, and land)

• Following up on internal processes and projects within the transportation coordination department (shipping, transportation, and warehouse processes)

• Managing and planning the annual material shipments required to restock all bases, ensuring on-time delivery

• Managing airport access for vehicles involved in the loading and unloading of materials, engines, major components, and hazardous materials

• Providing timely support to internal clients for material collections and other departmental KPIs

Our ideal candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, or Industrial Engineering

• Intermediate to advanced English level

• Experience in logistics and transportation

• Experience working with Incoterms

• Basic fiscal or customs knowledge
