About the role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Charter Flights Analyst to support the administrative and operational coordination of domestic and international charter flights. This role will work cross-functionally with multiple departments to ensure smooth execution, accurate financial follow-up, and excellent service delivery in a fast-paced aviation environment.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational follow-up for charter flight operations.
Coordinate with internal departments including Operations, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Treasury, Airports, and Billing.
Monitor payments, invoicing, reconciliations, and prepayments related to charter operations.
Prepare operational, financial, and commercial reports for internal stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and administrative process optimization.
Follow up on contracts, documentation, and client requirements.
Maintain operational databases, trackers, and controls.
Support logistics coordination for special flights and operational requests.
Identify administrative risks and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
Assist with audits and documentation reviews.
What we’re looking for
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
1–3 years of experience in administrative coordination, operations, logistics, finance, or related areas.
Experience working in aviation, tourism, logistics, or transportation industries is a plus.
