Viva is looking for a Treasury Specialist responsible for approving, defining, controlling, and developing improvements within the Treasury area to establish accounting rules for bank accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control and review the company’s bank transactions to issue monthly bank reconciliations.

• Monitor and follow up on bank reconciliations to minimize risks and automate manual processes.

• Coordinate, validate, and collect documentation/support for audits (internal, external, and internal control).

• Supervise and validate bank transactions.

Requirements & Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in similar roles – Required

• 1–3 years of Treasury experience – Required

• Experience handling bank statements

• Management of more than 40 bank accounts

• Month-end and accounting close experience

• SAP Treasury – Required

• Microsoft Office – Required

• National and international electronic banking – Required

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
