The position
Viva is currently searching for a Transformation & Innovation Senior Manager. This role is responsible for leading innovation and transformation initiatives within the organization, with a special focus in AI adoption, by analyzing market dynamics, identifying business opportunities, and proposing actionable strategies. The position demands a proactive mindset and resilience to operate in an environment with high ambiguity and constant change, contributing directly to the company’s competitive edge and growth.
Key Priorities

• Leading transformation projects with impact on business and market competitiveness

• Analyzing complex business scenarios and proposing strategic recommendations

• Managing ambiguity and uncertainty in fast-changing environments

• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation

• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives aligned with company goals

• Driving AI adoption across the company, identifying and implementing use cases that add value, and fostering literacy and inspiration initiatives

Requirements And Experience

• 6+ years of experience in transformation, innovation, consulting and/or AI implementation-related roles

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)

• Proven problem-solving skills and business case analysis

• Experience working in dynamic, ambiguous environments

• Strong intellectual curiosity and proactive approach

• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage uncertainty

Technical Knowledge

• Business analysis and strategic thinking

• AI savvy

• Experience in consulting or related fields preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)

• Change management experience is a plus

• Tableau

• Power BI

• Database
